What a title right?! So I was honestly never the biggest fan of a duvet cover in the past because they were just so gosh darn hard to get on. I would literally be inside the cover trying to get those darn corners to match up, but it still just never looked right. A few weeks ago I saw a video on YouTube and was seriously amazing. I just couldn’t believe how easy they made it!
When Magic Linen reached out to collaborate on a duvet set, I was determined to make it work with getting the comforter/insert into the duvet cover. So I tried out this new mysterious way of putting a cover on. Some call it the burrito method, but I just call it the easy method to put a duvet cover on. It is a little easier to do if you have a partner, but you could still do it on your own. I had my husband help me out with it this time though, and he was just as shocked as I was the first time watching someone do this. He called it straight magic!! Lol.
Filming this video was pretty fun and I think I’m going to need to do more on the video side to help y’all better understand how I do things around here. It’s always easy to type things out and explain it, because for me that comes natural. The video piece isn’t really my thing, but I know that’s where our world is going. Heck I watch more videos than read when it comes to instructions too! I’m hoping that this video will help you guys learn how to easily put those duvet covers on!
The Magic Linen duvet set is hands down one of the best quality sets I’ve ever laid my eyes on. Honestly I would have gotten this duvet set in about every color if I could! I love that duvet covers allow you to switch things up from time to time, and that’s exactly what I wanted for our master bedroom. I’ve been wanting to change things up, and this rusty pink color did just that for the Fall.
Not only does Magic Linen have the duvet sets, they also have the linen sheet sets that look just as amazing! I highly recommend checking out their site, but here is the direct link to the Rust Pink Linen Duvet Cover Set.
I’m excited to hear how y’all are able to get your own duvet covers on your inserts using this same method! It might take just a few tries, but I know you will get it down in no time.
